On the way up to Logan, we were able to stop and visit with some friends. Phil and Kellie Openshaw kindly put up with us for a night (thanks for the bestest pizza ever!) and even spent a morning with us at the Dinosaur Museum. We really enjoy their friendship, and the boys had fun playing with Drew.
The boys (Drew, Will, and Gabe) enjoying some down time at the Openshaws. The Dinosaur Museum! This place was a BIG hit! Gabe has loved dinosaurs since he was really little, so we knew the museum would be exciting for him! It definitely renewed his love of dinosaurs (and got Will more excited about them too!).

I'm pretty sure Gabe is getting ready to show Drew and Will how to act like a dinosaur, he's somewhat of a professional at it now.

Gabe digging for dinosaur bones...he was working pretty intently (he didn't even notice when a strange lady came and brushed the sand out of his hair that her son had thrown on him!).

This one was taken especially for Grandma Lucy. Will loves his "To-tops" (triceratops) that you gave him when we visited in August. Both the boys sleep with their dinosaurs every night. So, this picture was taken in honor of "To-tops."

No doubt Professor Gabe is giving a lecture on why this dinosaur is so large...pretty sure Will isn't listening!
Check out this fossil I found!!!! Who knew there was a dinosaur that looked just like Will?

And wow! Apparently this is a long lost relative of the T-Rex...or maybe just Gabe?
When we were finally able to drag the boys away from the museum, we headed to Lehi to visit Mark's friend Jack Sneddon and his family. Lucky for us, Lynsey's mom and step-dad were there and offered to watch all the kids (6 of them!) while the parents went to lunch! It was really nice to be able to have an uninterrupted conversation and meal! Thank you Bob and Karen! The boys really liked Bob, probably because he was more than happy to give them anything they wanted...mostly high quantities of sugar (oh well, we're on vacation right?)!

Will and his new buddy, Bob.
Now, on to Logan!
